MISSION & VISION
After observing a huge crisis of quality education we have decided to come forward to do something in this sector. Especially the quality of early year education (EYE) is not up to the mark. Young children deserve an enthusiastic start in life and they need quality early experiences, especially in the ages between 3-8 years so that they grow, learn, develop and flourish fully. Researches also suggest that the quality of early years learning experiences has a significant impact on school adjustments and the learning levels of children in later schooling.
Quality education is lacking in English medium schools these days. We have a plan to run a reputed English medium school in such a manner where development of human resources will be the main motto.
In our institution we are going to follow the guidelines of NCERT, NEP 2020 and NCF 2023. Regarding CBSE curriculum, there is a misconception among the parents that it is comparatively easy. But we must say that the syllabus is easy, not the curriculum. CBSE has shifted its focus from ‘mechanical education’ to “do and learn” education. The curriculum aims at fostering the aesthetic values and develops creative nature of the pupils. It provides enough scope to the students to think more and to create more the overall development of the young minds is focused here. We all know that the aim of education is not only to produce knowledgeable personality but also to produce the ideal human being. And this is possible only through a proper learning system. Our motto is “Happy to Learn, Fun to Learn, Learn to Invent”.

Great India Public School established in 2023. Our school is a dream project of Pratima Charitable Trust. Our main target is to establish such an educational environment where full focus will be given on the learner’s development. Here development means not only academic development but also all-round development. No child will feel the education is a burden. They will learn with fun and they will experience the texture of learning. We shall give a practical learning environment to all the learners and they will explore their learning capabilities. No student can be judged by their exam marks only. So we have the facilities to explore their abilities, interest and passion in this institution. We will follow the guidelines of NCERT.

1. Which curriculum your school is following?
-----CBSE curriculum and NCERT guidelines. It is English medium co-educational school.
2. Is your school affiliated?
----- Affiliation procedure is going on. This year it will be completed. According to Infrastructure and other criteria we are eligible.
3. From which class to which class the school is going to start?
----- Now it will start from nursery to class V, but every year it will be promoted one extra class up to XII.
4. What is the difference between CBSE and other board?
----- CBSE has a nice and broad curriculum with fewer syllabuses which help the students to develop scientifically and aesthetically. Maximum national level exams (IIT, NEET, e.t.c) are following CBSE syllabus. Maximum number of schools in India is affiliated to CBSE. CBSE is the organization under the department of ministry of H.R.D., govt. of India.
5. For preschool (Nursery to UKG) which type of curriculum is followed?
----- ECCE (Early Child Care and Education), EYE (Early Year Education)
6. Which type of quality your teachers have?
----- All the teachers are coming from either English medium back ground or English medium experienced. And all the qualifications are according to the CBSE guidelines. Teachers are selected through proper interview and demo classes.
7. About fee structure and school timing?
----- Have to contact with school office.
8. How much pressure will be given to the students regarding home work?
----- What home work will be given that will not create burden to the students. No private tuition is required. We shall follow strictly the guidelines of NCERT (National Council for Educational Research and Training).
9. Can Bengali medium students get admission in this school?
----- Yes, special care will be given for them. And special weekly class will be arranged for the slow learners as REMEDIAL CLASS.
10. Is Bengali subject there?
----- Yes, from LKG it is there as 2nd language.
11. What CCA (Co- Curricular Activity) the school is following?
----- Game, Yoga, Dance, Music. Later this list may be increased.
12. Is the school safe for children?
-----Yes, it is fully safe for children. CCTV surveillance is also always active. Our security guard is well trained.
13. Do you have any Olympiad exam system?
----- Yes, we have a tie-up with SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) for this purpose.
14. Do you have any transport facility?
----- Yes, initially we have transport facility in four routs namely- Itaberia, Bajkul, Bidyapith, Kalinagar.
15. Can the students enjoy in this school?
----- Yes, they have sufficient instruments to get enjoyment. Our playground and park will give freshness to the students.
